No international purchase of magic band?

I was wondering if was possible for an person who doesn't live near a Disneyland or a Disney store (my country does not have either) to purchase a magic band.

You can buy one directly from the disney store.
But apparently not if you live in another country!

That seems shortsighted to me, as someone travelling to America might like to have the band with them before they get there.
Or you could have people like me who are willing to buy one just for the sake of Disney Infinity unlocks.

And yes, I am aware that the members of this site are willing to provide an unlock service, but I'm not certain I want to bug them everytime they attach a new unlock to this band.

Have you tried looking at Ebay and see if they ship to your country? May be a bit more expensive than getting it off the park site.

I don't trust eBay.

Amazon would be preferred if I can be assured of getting a quality (not damaged or non-functional) band.
But so far, I haven't found any one selling it on Amazon.
Additionally, the one DI retailer on Amazon that will ship internationally charges insane prices for shipping, simply because they have a monopoly on the website.

I just bought one off eBay UK with no issues for £13
