They work fine on mine. Could be glitchy discs, try contacting support

Just contacted them today after talking to a co-worker.

The reps are sending me replacement discs at no cost on my end. Hopefully this resolves the disconnection issues.

For me I get a problem when I am trying to combine the ToysRUs user control (red) with the merlins summon (also red). When I use the regular user control it works just fine. And combining any other power disc with the user control (toys r us red) it works just fine.

I have 2 sets of user control and Merlin from TRU. They are on the base most of thé time on both players and never had an issue with them.

I've been using the 1.0 discs pieces of eight and Mickey's sorcerer hat. I haven't had a problem but when my brother tried to use the same discs, while on second player, they kept disconnecting every couple of seconds.
