Throughout each story driven experience players solve challenging puzzles, battle enemies and explore iconic locations from famous Disney properties.
During game play unique characters, vehicles, and gadgets from each world can be collected and saved to a virtual Toy Box. Toy Box items can be accessed at any point during game play to boost a character’s strength, or unlock doors and levels.
Players can also access the Toy Box and build and customize their own unique virtual world using any of the contents of the Toy Box. Unique creations made in the "Toy Box" mode can be shared with other players both online and off.

Disney Infinity Game Disc: The 3 built in Play Sets are The Incredibles, Monsters University and Pirates of the Caribbean.
Disney Infinity Interactive Character Figures: Physical figures allow players to experience a variety of favourite characters in true to property experiences and in Toy Box mode. Each figure stores its own in game experience gained and currency earned. The 3 physical figures provided with the Disney Infinity starter pack are Mr Incredible, Sully and Jack Sparrow. Additional character figures are available separately.
Disney Infinity Base: When physical character figures and story pieces are placed on the Infinity base they unlock the world and play experiences of Disney Infinity.
Disney Infinity Play Sets: Available separately containing additional physical character figures and story pieces.
Disney Infinity Circular Power Disc and Hexagonal Interactive Pieces: Available separately in blind sealed packs of 2. To apply an upgrade to a character up to 2 power disc pieces can be placed under the physical character figures on the Infinity base. Power discs boost abilities such as gaining experience points and currency. The hexagonal pieces are placed at the back if the Infinity base to expand and customize play experiences.
