there is no way to get the items if you could not download the first toy box, not even if someone invites you

please note than for the wart sword you have to be level 10+, and that the game does not recognize the level up until you change the figure and put it back

FYI Crystal characters can use Wart's Sword at level 0

I never did find that frying pan.

Judging from what you are saying, it's not possible to get it now. :(

Will there be another way to unlock it in the future?
I'm thinking it might come out of a Rapunzel treasure box.

Its definantly in the Rapunzel treasure box, as Jack S. Chest unlocked his halloween town pumpkins.

So how do you unlock the Elastic Hand and Invisible Device? Is it in Mrs./Violet's vault, or something?

Yup, Violets vault gets you the invisibility and Mrs.I grants you the sticky hand.

Anyone getting close to 29 figures and the ultimate pack? Picked up Crystal Lone Ranger today as my 25. figure. Theoretically someone should have 28 since I don't have Crystal Buzz, Pherb and Mickey.
