How do you get the bike after you have purchased it

How do you get the bike in monsters university after you have purchased it. I called a tech at Disney infinity he told me go to a bike rack I pushed every button nothing happened. Also came across a circle that said bike needed for this challenge still nothing happened. I am. Using xbox 360

Not that it makes you feel any better, but I am having the same problem with the glidepack and hoverboard in Incredibles.

When you purchased the bike a package should get delivered near the fountain in MU. Once you open the package you should be able to use the bike.

I am having the same issue =(
A voice keeps announcing (repeatedly) "Your delivery has arrived", however, after walking around all locations I cannot find the purchased bike or paintball gun.
(We finally did get the paintball gun by going down the paintball tunnel, but no idea on the bike still).
There seem to be a decent number of isolated posts like this - anybody having this issue solve it yet?
We're playing cooperative mode on the Wii U if it's any help...
