how to unlock frat row NEED HELP!!!!

I CANT GET FRAT ROW TO OPEN AFTER THE 1ST GATE ITS IS JUST SHOWING THE "MU" LOGO SCROLLING A CROSSED IT!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It must be have issues loading the map. I've had it happen to me but it loaded a few seconds later. Try restarting your console.

i have we have played it for about 9 hours and still cant get past the scrolling m u logo.... thanks for the help!! but nothing seems to be working
