I can see why they took it out. I mean if it is bouncing around everywhere and derezing baddies I can see it making the game lag.

Shame too as I love Tron.

I'm sure they'll fix it someday but then again thats what i say about stuff i don't wanna do.

Interesting hopefully they can bring back items they removed.

Re: the lightsaber, no same thng didn't happen we weren't supposed to know about that.

More likely, they were seeing how excited people got when seeing the Tron items on the promos and decided to make a figure and vault.

I imagine we'll se it in DI2.

As with the lightsaber, why would they release it separate from its property? Both are definite selling points to figures and/or Power Discs.

I don't think we will see any tron figures or play sets, as much as people want items from the series, I don't think the market is demanding figures. Also, I don't think DI2 will have a lot of stuff that DI 1 focused on, it's kind of like beating a dead horse and its much less compelling to move new units if you can get similar experiences on the older and presumably cheaper one. I think that's why they are making these figures cross compatible with future versions so we don't have to see or buy Mr Incredible Version 2. I'm sure anything that was taken out of this game will make some kind of appearance later on, remember guys we haven't even had the game for a full month yet, I can site a bunch of games that look completely different now then when they first launched. As far as the light saber and SW stuff goes, I DO believe we will see the lightsaber BEFORE DI 2, but nothing else. We won't see full on SW playsets or figures until we get closer to the new movie, and consequently the new TV series on XD (I think the playsets will be based off this XD property and not the movie).

I unlocked the Tron identity disc from my vault on wii u. It showed up when I had unlocked absolutely everything else in the vault. Your console does have to be connected to the internet, so you can download the update which adds the identity disc.
