Shrink and Grow Rays

Looking to finish up my last few feats in Toy Box but am having trouble with a few since I need the shrink and grow rays for a few of them. Where can you find these? Or do I need to wait until I get grow and shrink pads in the vault?

I think the rays are unlocks for Toy Story in Space. But the pads should be in the Vault now.

Yup! We have the pads, but not the guns.
