Hey. I've only managed to get one chest for Jack, containing the Halloween gate, and the other one(s) won't spawn. It's always for characters other than Jack so far. Whilst I realize they are for the other Toy Box Exclusives, I'm curious as to the rate chests appear per character.
Any advice/explanation?

You should check this thread out, as there is a very easy way to randomize the chests. Also, some characters have more chests than others.

What I hated was when I got jack skellington only wreck it Ralph's would show up but when I got wreck it ralph only jack skellingtons would show up why you do this chests why
