Buzzlightyear Infinity Pack

Hi

My 6 yr old son was very excited to have unlocked the jetpack last night but when he has come to play today, he can't use the jetpack. It still says it is 'purchased' in his inventory. Can anyone advise why he can't use it now? He is really disappointed.

If you purchased the jet pack....you need to find the landing area where the ship drops off the newly purchased item and open the box.

And then make sure you select it using the Packs and Tools menu.
