Trade Power Discs and Figures for Power Discs Capsule

I'm looking for the Best Buy exclusive silver capsule and TRU exclusive gold capsule. They don't have to be in the package. I can trade a loose Aladdin figure that was only used once and unopened Hulk, Cap, and Hawkeye figures and couple discs for a capsule or some power discs for each capsule. I have the following discs:
