I did my Pilot suit Luke custom.

Beheaded Luke and Poe.

Lightsaber is actually off Anakin but it's the same one....

Poe doesn't make a bad Jedi!

FN2187 has been in Mr. Dameron's wardrobe again!

But I'm thinking that the spare Finn head (since Poe is getting his jacket back) will go nicely with the Luke body as the start of a Mace custom

Interested to know how these mod's turned out - As a modder myself. - I'm doing my Luke X-wing flight suit at the mo'. Along with Finn Stormtrooper, Poe flight jacket, and White suit Iron Fist. Doing Leia Boushh as well, but she's been stalled for a while as I wait for reasonably priced Boushh action figure ( The Power of the Force 1995/96 figure is almost perfect for cannibalising ).

How moldable is the DI materials? If I have to build-up a character, what is a good, easy to work, material?

I always use 'green stuff' now - The blue and yellow putty that you mash together. Cheap off ebay or buy from Games Workshop ( much pricier ). The figures themselves do go very soft and pliable when warmed ( Hair dryer or warm water ). Also if I move limbs, I use something like a cut piece of paper-clip to help hold things together as a bridge. superGlue alone will usually work, but it will be more fragile.
