It needs to be printed in portrait, not landscape. The issue is the Fit to page does need to be UNchecked.
The JPEG image is a 8.5x11 inch regular US letter sized page with white background.

Quick update on the template: 8 Sept 2013
I've been completely swamped with work the past few weeks and haven't had any time to finish it.
My work will be slowing a bit this week.
I have a goal to have it finished and posted by the end of this week.
Thank you all for being so patient with me.

I apologize for not getting the template up.
Life hit me right between the eyes.
Between work issues and family responsibilities the template was pushed aside.
It is very close to being complete, but I'm not foreseeing having the time to complete it any time soon.
It is coming though. I just don't have a solid ETA right now. (But it WON'T be another 5 months. I would say anytime between a few weeks to 2 months.)

Picture's way too big.
Please make sure that the image size is not larger than 550x550 to fall within the message board's noted guidelines or the picture will be removed. - See more at:
