I just read this on a FB group I'm a part of and I'm cross posting this, BUT I want as many people to see this as possible:

BREAKING NEWS for Toys R Us: On Sunday, EACH of the gold foil TRU Power Disc packs will contain a Mike's Car Disc, with the other being a random from Series 1. They are part of the BOGO $1 offer. I repeat: EACH pack will have a Mike's Car Disc. This is coming directly from a TRU representative who got an update this morning.

This makes sense of the fact that TRU has in their SKU listing 10 series of TRU discs... it looks like EACH of the 10 exclusives will be sold at different times this fall, probably part of special promotions or weekends.

I'm trying to keep all the board members informed. I don't want us all buying 5-10 packs of the exclusive power disc packs and then ending up with 5-10 Mike's Car discs.

I heard about this GusGus from another thread. As soon as I heard the news about Mike's Car being in all the gold packs, I cancelled my preorder where I bought 5 of them. I'll probably just buy 2 gold packs at the store tomorrow. That way, I have one Mike's Car to keep and one to trade later.

I am 27 frickin' years old and I am embarrassed to admit that tonight I will be sleeping about as soundly as a kid on Christmas Eve. 8 AM cannot come fast enough.

It's 6 AM. I'm getting ready to head to my local Toys R Us to take advantage of some of the Disney Infinity sales there.

Good luck to everyone today!! I just finished up shopping. I got everything I wanted and 10 packs of discs. I unfortunately now have to work until 3 so I'm going to hold off opening them until I get off. It'll give me something to look forward to - finding out what discs I got AND playing the game. I'm so excited!!
