I agree; I am MUCH better at less realistic racing games... big Mario Kart fan, love Rainbow Road on the Wii version. Best track around, mwaha.

^Sadly, it's been a loooong time since I played it, but it focuses a lot on the dash and power-slide mechanic, so there's a ton of curves to fall off of, and hair-pin turns to drift around.

^It's certainly crazy. Lots of boost-pads too, so not only do you get the slide boost, but the pads too. Makes flying off the track very likely.
