1st Attempt:
First, you need to get there half an hour early before they open, but make sure that you have a really hot girl or guy with you, depending on the group of people waiting in line. Next, make your hot girl or guy go to the line and make him or her charm them with their beauty. When they're charmed then cut in line and BAM! You'll have Disney Infinity in a matter of seconds!

2nd Attempt:
Seeming how you probably don't know anyone hot, then try dressing up as Mickey! The Disney Fans would probably think that Mickey is here to buy the game, so they'll let you cut through them to the front! Now you have your game! There you go you Disney Nerd!

3rd Attempt:
Let's say that you can't afford a Mickey costume, so let's try sneaking into the storage room! Go on the top of the roof and go into their venting systems and go into their storage room. Find a starter pack and grab it. Don't forget to put your money where the starter pack was sitting, so that way it won't be considered stealing! Now you have your game and you won't be arrested! If you're a big chicken then I all can say is for to wait line then...
