This one is strangely motivating, quickly became one of my favourite video game quotes. From Pokémon X/Y's Elite Four Siebold.

"You see, cooking is the type of art that disappears as soon as it is completed. Pokémon battles are the same. Even memories of sweet victory soon fade after the battle ends. To devote yourself entirely to such a life, made up of fleeting experiences--that is truly artful."

Gets better with what he says after battle: "Devote yourself entirely, so even that which will fade and disappear is ingrained forever upon your heart and mind!"

I know this quote is from a person most people are WAY to young to know, but it is one that has got me through alot of stuff.

@KyletheCartoonist I know your Jurassic Park quote was a while back but funny thing I just started reading that book, I'll have to see if I can find that quote, or if it's in the movie.

Just remember what ol' Jack Burton does when the earth quakes, and the poison arrows fall from the sky, and the pillars of Heaven shake. Yeah, Jack Burton just looks that big ol' storm right square in the eye and he says, "Give me your best shot, pal. I can take it."

@Jazz820 I took mine from the film, but I think it was also in the novel, just spoken by a different character.

^sweet I'm about half way so still have some reading to do.

I should start reading that series myself.
