Pacific Rim.
For a giant mecha vs kaiju movie, I enjoyed it more then I would have thought.
They actually took time to write in a story to support what was happening.

The sequel Pacific Rim: Maelstrom is due out February 2018.
I am curious if they made another Gypsy Danger and improved on the original design.
They might even have more Jaegers, the first movie didn't have many.
Still wondering how the story can continue, the ending of the first movie was fairly definitive.
But when they want to write a sequel, they find a way.

@Sherriff Woody

Agree about suicide squad. It was really a Haley Quinn movie, not about them as a whole.

What spoilt it for me was the MAGIC. Magic is such a cop-out and ruins the sense of believability. It's easy to suspend disbelief when they're really just a bunch of criminals Vs the system, but when you cross that line and it becomes FANTASY instead... Bad choice of enemy to try and introduce them with.

Started watching West World (series on HBO, not the original movie) this past evening and 3 episodes in, I'm enjoying it and the premise.

Finished Luke Cage as well and liked the whole series, 13 episodes. I almost found the last episode, 13, to be the weakest for me.

Watching HBO Westworld too - Liking the modern twists on the original premise. - My ( 80 year old ) father in law is a huge sci-fi and western buff, and was really excited when i was describing the westworld re-boot to him. However I think that sadly there is just too much cursing in the TV show, particularly from that young story writer guy who cannot help but 'F' in every sentence. My mother in law wouldn't stomach it because it IS un-necessary to the story.

Coincidentally watched the Movie sequel to the original Westworld ( 1973 ) last night: FUTUREWORLD ( 1976 ). Different idea that time, and the hero is randomly chased by samurai around some underground tunnels instead of a cowboy. A shameless cash-in, and although fun it's not very good to be honest.

Still, at least we can watch these things for free online nowadays without wasting time and money on rentals.

LEGO Batman. The nonstop humor was its greatest strength & weakness. Also took a lot of jabs at '66 Bayman, and pulled punches on BvS.
