Buzz Rank is reserved for board admins, basically moderators with extra power. I wouldn't be surprised if Sherriff ends up keeping the rank exclusive to forumadmin and himself.

I think the new lotso was a good idea because he was my favorite new toy in toy story 3

I have a couple questions:
1) for the special ranks like the etch a sketch, do these people just log on one day with it as their rank, ask to have it or get asked if they want it?
2) Could there ever be the possibility of Totoro being in a rank? He is in Toy Story 3, but not Disney owned (the only other thing he is in that is attached to Toy Story 3 is the art book, NOTHING else).
I'm just a very curious kid.
