just for clarification, freezing of a rank is an earned benefit and is not available to everyone

IMO maybe the DIF members who went to the Toy Box Summit should get a special distinction of some kind since IMO in regards to building toy boxes going to the summit was kinda a big deal... like an exclusive club... maybe you can give them a badge stripe or special border or something. ^_^
