Disney Infinity Art

Postby VacaHombre » Mon Nov 10, 2014 1:46 am

After getting the Infinity Gauntlet power disc, I put it down with Jack Skellington and started playing around in the Toy Box.

At some point after using it a few times, the thought suddenly popped into my head, "what if Jack really got his hands on the Infinity Gauntlet?"

After that, I progressively became more and more obsessed with the idea and just had to try and draw it. The idea kept at me and I started imagining other Disney characters with the gauntlet.

So far the only other one I've done is Frozen, but figured I'd throw them up here. Nothing extraordinary, but I was pretty happy with 'em.

I really like the idea of this series. I'd love to see Sorcerer Mickey or Maleficent wield the glove

I actually hadn't thought about Mickey. I like that idea.

Maleficent might be fun too. I didn't want to make any of the good guys too sinister, but I could go a bit darker with her.

Glad you like the ideas! Can't wait to see what you do with them!

The idea of Jack wielding the Infinity Gauntlet is so amusing to me. He seems like he would try his hardest to be the best ruler he could be, but he's so eccentric that it'd just cause a lot of problems.

I like the lyrics you put in the description, so I've done my best to do the entire song!

I call it, Something's Taken Jack. In which Jack first gains the glove, and is adjusting to the power as it gives him a headache.

Something's Taken Jack
Something's Taken Jack..

Don't know if we're ever going to get him back.

He spends all day up there, watching all of us
All that power in his hand
Hope that he adjusts!

Something's Taken Jack!
Something's Taken Jack!

Space and Time is running through my skull..
Will it let me be I cannot tell..
There is so many things for me to grasp!
When I think I've got it then at last...
Once again, it rushes in!
Like the most infernal din!

Something here I'm not quite getting
Though I try, I keep forgetting
Like a memory long since past...
Here in an instant! Gone in a flash! What does it mean? What does it mean??

In this glove of purest gold!
A power waits that is untold!
These gems and jewels confuse me so!
Confound it all I love it thou!

Simple gemstones nothing more
But something's hidden through a door
Though I do not have the key
Something's here I cannot see, What does it mean? What does it mean??

What does it mean...?

I've seen these world's so many times...
I've seen the justice! And I've seen the crime!
I know the multiverses all by heart!
My skull's so full it's tearing me apart!

As often as I've seen them...something's wrong...so hard to put my glo-ved finger on..

Or perhaps it's really not as deep as I've been led to think!
Jack you're trying much to hard!
Of course! I've been to close to see! The answer's right in front of me! Right in front of me...

It's simple really, very clear like atoms drifting through the air
Invisible but everywhere!
Now that I can plainly see it, I can do more than just believe it!

You know I think this ruling thing is not as tricky as it seems!
And why should God have all the fun? It should belong to anyone!
Not anyone in fact but ME why I could make a planet too!
And there's no reason I can find, I shouldn't rule all space and time!
I BET I COULD IMPROVE IT TOO!
And that's EXACTLY what I'll DOOO!! HEHEHEHEHEHE!!

^ Bravo! I'm not sure what made me think of doing the verse thing, other than it being probably my favorite song from the movie and one of my top musical numbers, period.

You really took it all the way though. Hat's off sir.

Actually sketched out a rough Mickey tonight. Will probably clean it up tomorrow.

Excellent work as usual!

When Mickey came across the gauntlet, he knew he had to use this power for the greater good. He had heard Yen Sid warn him to stay out of the small village at the foot of the mountain, because of a monster that came out at night. All it took was one visit and a wave of his hand for the mouse to realize the apprentice had surpassed the master
