I think custom moves should be allowed, just no custom equipment.

Agree. also, are final smashes allowed? it should.

Another thing, we have to make sure we practiced hard with the characters we're gonna use and also to the fact that some others like myself can get the controls for the 3DS really well before the tournament.
David Archuleta, Pikachu, Disney, Frozen and Smash Bros fan :D

I just made a brute force mac... He has +79 attack, -72 defense, and neutral speed, also he heals himself over time. I love it!
