From what Ive seen the game looks very polished and a lot of fun. However the fact there are now 20 superchargers and 20 vehicles plus new cores and probably others coming means I will likely wait until sales next year to pick this one up. Plus the coop mode for vehicles of one player driving and the other shoooting will cause major arguments among my girls.

personally i think they are running out of ideas and the quality on those vehicle toys look really lacking in detail.

I wonder how this will effect the release of DI 3.0. I know 2.0 came out around the release date of this last year. Maybe why we may get an earlier DI 3.0?

Question. I have a couple figures from the first game. Do these still work with the current game and will it work with this game?

With this and Lego Dimensions coming at the end of September it make even more sense for 3.0 to release in August, really hope it does.

With lego & Skylanders out the end of September, hopefully Infinity gets a head start on them. With Lego announcing their 3 way vehicles and sumo working on driving, it sort of takes the edge off this, Skylanders needed something strong to go against the brands and cars seems like another gimmick

I love the character design of Skylanders, but I've never bought more than the starter pack for the original game. I don't think it's worth all of the money for a linear game that eventually ends. Disney Infinity goes on forever with the creation mode. I just wish it was as polished as Skylanders. Sometimes I feel like I'm playing a PS2 game again with Infinity.
