In Remembrance of Satoru Iwata

Postby Stitch » Mon Jul 13, 2015 4:19 pm

I know this has been discussed on the Nintendo thread, but I felt like we should honor Iwata by making a thread sharing our greatest Nintendo memories.
If you do not know, Mr. Iwata died yesterday. He inspired many and shaped the gaming industry into what it is today. He was a happy man and never failed to make us smile.

My greatest memories of Nintendo are playing Smash Bros. Melee with my brothers on the Gamecube. It brought us this bonding time with something we all three enjoyed.
Mario Kart Double Dash was another game we all played together. Iwata made many family memories for many people. I have so many Nintendo memories, but for now, I will settle with the memories of my siblings and I playing Nintendo when we were younger.

Iwata was a great president. He developed the things that made me a gamer today. He will truly be missed. :(
