Playstation CUH-1200 Availability

I want a 1TB model.
But while I was doing the research on where to purchase one, I found out there is a problem with the 1TB model:
The PS41TB is using the CUH-1100 hardware, which is outdated.
I don't want to purchase a model with superseded hardware.
Does anyone have any information about the CUH-1200 model?
