I think the leak is real but will not get my hopes up until Sakurai confirms it.
Ryu and Roy would be great additions, especially Ryu.

Don't get your hopes up too high for those leaks... There were files for Mewtwo, Roy, Dr. Mario and even Dixie Kong in Brawl. We never saw those characters in that game.
I will only believe this when it is confirmed as true.

^Thing is, the files for Ryu and Roy were found after the update, it wasn't in the game's file prior to then.

Let's wait on maybe the Digital Event on when Sakurai will probably say about Lucas and other DLC stuff.
