^^They are suing nintendo for the Wii motion products, not 3DS. Either way, GRAB YOUR WII MOTION PRODUCTS FAST! JK, I doubt Philips will win the case in the US. If they do, who wants to help me shoot my parent's Philips TV out a cannon and through the Philips HQ?

But seriously, if Philips wins this, I hope they realize this will just come back and bite them in the butt. Nintendo got a lot more buyers after this year's E3 because of all the WiiU's awesome games. If they stop the sales, nintendo fans all over will stop buying their products.

Also, bought Mario Galaxy today, and so far so good. I just wish I didn't have to chase the bunnies like in M64.

^Saw it coming with SMG2 (I'm gonna get that when I find it and after I beat this Galaxy), but SM3DW, too? Oh gosh, I'll have to play as Toad since he's really fast to catch those bunnies.
