If you are having trouble getting the achievements/trophies for the Multiverse Madness mode of Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse, here are some strategies to help. There will be a guide for each character:
All characters
Always aim for the head with your starting gun. (unless you start with Lois or Death)
After the first round, buy their machine gun (unless their character guide says otherwise.)
Spend the time between rounds collecting Health Packs (Giant Chickens if you have enough time, although some characters do not need it [They are listed in their respective guides)
If you buy the machine gun, you don't need to focus on the head. Any part of the body will do.
If, at any time, the enemies are too many or you are low on health, throw out a chicken.
If you threw out the chicken because there were too many enemies, don't leave the chicken to do everything. Do not be afraid to shoot some of his opponents. They will not follow you, as the chicken distracts them.
If you threw out the chicken because you need health, leave the area.
If your health bar is green, don't worry.
If your health bar is yellow or orange, find a Band-Aid Pack. (Band-Aid Packs are the blue and white objects laying around.) Alternatively, you could use a health pack, but this is only recommended if another is close by.
If your health is red, use a health pack right away. The most you can hold is two at a time.
ALWAYS KEEP YOUR HEALTH PACK AS YOUR SELECTED ITEM.
This makes it so that you can always select it
Also, to switch guns quicker, tap Y/Triangle. For guns like the Salad Tosser or Flamethrower, hold down the Right Trigger/R2 Button.
Peter
Peter is slow, but his starting gun is great for getting head shots. He needs a Giant Chicken.
Buy his SMG when the round ends.
Lois
Lois starts out with a machine gun which can be used to heal teammates. To heal a teammate, simply shoot them with the gun. She does not need a Giant Chicken.
When the round ends, buy her salad tosser.
During a time when you would normally use a Giant Chicken, switch to her Salad Tosser.
Chris
Chris, in my opinion, is the hardest character to use in the game. However, he is one of the characters that does not need a Giant Chicken.
He starts with a crossbow. This is a one-hit kill gun but is awkward to use.
After the first round, purchase his Paintball Gun (If you are good with the Crossbow, skip this step.)
After the second round, purchase his Scumbag Flamethrower.
Like Lois's Salad Tosser, use this during a time you would usually use the Giant Chicken.
Stewie
A character that actually has two ways to be used: The normal method, and the LF Ray Gun method.
Normal Method
This method does not need a Giant Chicken.
After the first round, buy his Flamethrower.
Use his Flamethrower when you would usually use the Giant Chicken.
LF Ray Gun Method
This method needs a Giant Chicken, but it will usually not be needed.
After the first round, buy the LF Ray Gun. You may need to wait another round, depending on how many head shots you got.
The LF Ray Gun homes in on foes, giving an almost-guaranteed one-hit kill, depending on how long it was charged for.
(Note that this method is very difficult and will take a lot of practice.)
Brian
The best character to choose, in my opinion anyway. He needs a Giant Chicken, although it won't be used too often.
He starts out with a Handgun. This gun is good for getting head shots.
After the first round, buy his Shotgun.
With this gun, you have to get up close to them. However, if used correctly, it has a guaranteed one-hit K.O.
Using this method, I got to round 22, and then the power in my house went out. :(
Meg
Although marketed as a bad character by the game's intro, she is actually pretty good. She needs a Giant Chicken.
She starts out with a Handgun, like Brian.
After the first round, buy her Syringe Gun. This gun, alongside being a machine gun, can heal teammates. To heal a teammate, just shoot them with it.
Mayor West
Mayor West is the second hardest character to use. This is because he needs to constantly reload. He does not need a Giant Chicken.
After the first round, buy the Dual Flamethrowers.
Like Lois, Mayor West needs to rely on his starter guns, the Dual Pistols.
(Note that as Mayor West, you will need to preform A LOT of head shots. If head shots are not your area of expertise, steer clear.)
Quagmire
I am not too good with Quagmire, but here is a great guide on how to use him:

Cleveland
The easiest character for beginners to use. He does not need a Giant Chicken.
After the first round, buy his Fumigator.
Use his Fumigator in areas that you would normally need a Giant Chicken.
After the second round, buy his Dual SMGs. These guns, although effective, will run out of ammo quickly. Use with caution.
Death
A beast of a character to weld, he does not need a Giant Chicken OR a Health Pack after the second round.
Before the round starts, use his special (The item you have an infinite amount of) in a place where enemies spawn. His special functions like a Rupert-in-the-Box or a Joe Swanson.
Death, like Lois, starts with his machine gun. Therefore, head shots are not needed.
Also, Death does not need to reload.
After the round ends, buy his Life Drain.
His Life Drain, acting like a Flamethrower, also heals Death with every enemy it is used on.
Don't be resistant to use this attack. There is always plenty of ammo lying around, and Death doesn't need to reload. Use it whenever you feel you need it.
That is all you need to know about Multiverse Madness and how to reach 30 rounds.
P.S. After the second round, watch out for the elves holding a sack. These are officially known as Suicide Elves, and will run up close to you and explode. This explosion will kill your player if their health isn't in the green. They can be killed with a single bullet of your starter gun. They award nothing if they explode by themselves, $40 if you shoot them until they explode, and $80 if you head shot them.
Not dead, just busy. :)
