The beta is out now on PC and Xbox ONE and I have been playing it... WOW is a word.
The possibilities for creating worlds are mindblowing

It is really cool. I've been watching my husband play and tested it a little myself and you can customize absolutely everything.

Eventually yes @Chewbacca it's so outstanding I can't get to grips lol

You can give EVERYTHING logic and behaviour its fully customisable and you can tailor characters, gameplay, environment and landscapes however you want
