Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS/Wii U Direct

After watching the direct again, I heard Sakurai say that there will be no transforming characters in this SSB, so I guess I can kiss Chase McCain goodbye . And I even came up with a moveset for him ! Oh, well, at least that means no Pokemon' trainer ! And Sakurai COULD go back on his word...

^Chase McCain could still be in. Megaman usually transforms to use different powers, but now he just has all powers in one suit.
Chase can have a crowbar, jetpack, grapple gun, chicken and jackhammer all in one moveset.

^Eh, maybe.

I really don't believe we will see a Lego character in Brawl. Sakurai already stated that he wanted to keep the third party characters to a minimum and we already have Sonic and Mega Man. The one that I could see joining the game is Pac-Man because Namco is helping with developing the game. And there are already Galaga ships in the game as either items or assist trophies.

^Yeah, unfortunately. But if they add Snake again in this SSB, then Chase should be in as well.

^I sadly doubt Snake will be returning. The Metal Gear series has been giving Nintendo the stink eye for a while, now.

^Good, 'cause no offense but Snake is major 3rd party. But I guess I can't really say anything because I want Chase McCain...

We'll know all of the characters by the time the 3DS game comes out (probably in August).

^For sure though it depends on how Sakurai will go with the updates since the 3DS will be out first before the Wii U one.
