Xbox One Price Drop to $399

The Xbox One will be available on June 9th in the US for $399. It will however come without Kinect. You can still purchase the console with Kinect for $499 and the Kinect will be available separately for what I am assuming will be around $99.

That's nice for those who don't want Kinect I guess. I actually like it for the voice commands, they work really good for me, better than on my PS4.

And I got my XboxOne with Titanfall for $450 no tax so in the end, it was like getting the Kinect and game for free since the tax on $399 would make the total almost $440 here. That could be another reason why I seem 'meh' on the $399 no Kinect price.

236 GBP I'd buy it at that price but with kinect and a game (I'm holding out for price drop bundle)

I hear you! But I honestly believe the new leadership at Microsoft is trying to deliver to the consumer what they want. Either way I hope it brings people to the console.
