Disney Infinity Fans

I've seen this quite a lot, a word underlined that when pressed sends you to a different place on the site. Can someone give me a walkthrough for this? Sorry, if its already posted. If so send me a link and i'll contact the authorities.

use the URL code [url][/url]
put the text you want in between and the url in the first bracket
[vrl=youtube.com]check this out[/vrl]
used v's instead of u's for example
it also shows the example when you hover over the url button when making a post
