How do I get such a cool Avatar design?

I notice many users have awesome Avatar designs for their favorite Disney Infinity characters, some of which have not been made yet. I would love to have Stitch and maybe some other characters, but I have no idea how to make it. These people also have their names on top in the same font.
All I can think of right now is "Rapunzel." and "TangledandTron".

I just figured out how to make one.
You can make one on
Pixlr.com. That's what I did.

The mod toops makes those, I'm sure he wouldn't mind helping you! I'll see if I can find the thread for asking him, and if not you can just send him a PM and he'll help you out with it.
Edit: It seems like his topic is closed as of the moment. Huh. Maybe ask him about it whenever you see him online again.
