I agree that the new intro video isn't very good. It doesn't have that magical Disney feeling until the last segment. The 1.0 and 2.0 intros had that feeling in spades.
But everything else looks great.

I didn't get the same goosebumps that I got watching last years one. Loved the Mickey bit, but it felt a little more disconnected than before... not that its a major thing, watch it once or twice and that's it...

Nice. I like the new splash mountain and thunder mountain set pieces. Wish they were just a little bit bigger and better matched the actual rides. But it's still nice to have. Matterhorn set piece looks more like the actual ride, wish those did too but just glad we got them. Also wish they played the actual music or at least similarly themed music. I wonder if there are any new Disney World set pieces, hmmmm.

@g2red89, It's weird that they don't play their respective music considering the Splash Mountain log vehicle plays the music.

I liked the new Splash Mt. and Big Thunder pieces, and agree, they could have been larger, but I guess with all the new tools and flexibility, we'll be able to do something more realistic. What I'm wondering is when Papa Echo tried both sets out, it was basically more rail riding by foot like the 2.0. Why didn't they show them off with a vehicle attached (flume/train)? I'm assuming those rails were splines this time? Day 1 of the summit, I saw a flume car in one of the user made demos, so there's hope yet.

I think they are just like the Matterhorn set piece which is just a rail slide. Space mt is a rail slide too so I don't think we will be able to attach a vehicle. We would have to create our own version of them. But what I don't understand is why they are so small. The Matterhorn set piece fits as well as the space mt set piece. They look more like the actual ones. Hopefully there's some extra terrain and objects we can add to give them a fuller look.
