What I learned from the video is sparks = XP.

I know once you level up you get a star. The stars can be used for spins to get new Toy Box items. What I wonder is can you max out the amount of stars that one character can have?

I couldn't help hearing that the item for Barbossa is a hat. So....does this mean you can place a Barbossa hat on an NPC? Or you can give your characters hats or what?

^^Wayworn, good question. If you have a favorite character, can you max him out where he can no longer unlock more toys? I'll try and get clarification on this.

I also definitely saw a lot of placable NPC characters including Gibbs, Tia Dama(sp?), Chick Hicks, MU monsters, and the Girl with white hair from the incredible, Flow, Ramone and a few others.

I think that girl with the white hair is Mirage.

You could just play as a human character and then spawn a car to test your race track/whatever and then save, quit out and then switch to a Cars character.
Bit of a hassle but it gets the job done.
