it sounds like you guys had fun at d23 i live in indiana so i am jealous that you guys got that mickey

Anyone attending PAX in Seattle may want to be on the lookout for Sorcerer Mickeys. They were given out at 2 panels so far here. I attended the Fantasia panel this morning and at the end of it they told us to look under our seats for a special gift. They weren't under every chair, but many people got a nice bonus to go along with their Fantasia ball caps and Yensid pins! We were told these were the same ones from D23.

Does anyone if Sorcerer Mickey will be available in a set later on this year. Or if it was limited to the attendees of D23?

^ It was only available at D23, the NYC Launch Events and at a few other random events. This version will not be made available to the public. A retail version of Sorcerer's Apprentice Mickey will be released in January.

Thank you, do you happen to know what attributes or skills Sorcerer Mickey from D23 had?

^ Well I have one, so yeah. Basically he shoots out fireworks for his attacks. Pretty cool. The retail Mickey will be the exact same in-game.

So just to clarify from the above comments: convention-exclusive Mickey is expected to look different from retail-Mickey, but behave identically in-game..?

Or were the convention giveaways merely early-release copies of the exact same figure? (Or is it unknown until he's on sale?)

^ basically the only difference is the colour of the stars on the hat of the physical figure gameplay is exactly the same.
