TRU Trade Event at Select Locations? Gift Bag?

Called my local TRU today and was told they are not participating in the event this Saturday. However..I called my next closest store and they in fact are holding the event.

The guy at the 2nd location was a fan himself and said he hadn't heard anything about this "gift bag" that the first 50 or whatever number participants receive. Can anyone out there provide more detail or confirm the gift bag?

You guys didn't know about the gift bags? It is said to have the new power disc. Also, only select locations!? I have to ask my TRU soon.

This is definitely disconcerting. As the previous adds let us to believe all locations would be participating.

I went today and got my gift bag. It is just a plastic bag with a pic of a bunch of random characters on it. It is made to be a 'Trick-or-Treat Bag'. There is absolutely nothing in it.
