What is this? So Canada gets the short end of the stick? It's unfortunate. I mean even as is If I'm lucky I may see 1 or 2 people shopping for toys at a Toys R Us when I go and normally when I go to an EB games its dead too. I'm sure if there was an official event people would go. I just hate resorting to kiijiji cause its not safe (too many scams reported on live news). What's everyone else's opinions on this? I've noticed I've gotten hardly any street passes with my nintendo 3DS either. It's like all the little kids in my area don't have anything but the streets are quiet outside .... LOL

No event as far as I've heard. No one at my local TrU knows anything. We should be used to it though, look at all of the amazing launch week sales that the US got. Up here in Canada? Zilch.

I went to my local TRU here in Halifax to ask if they had heard anything about a trading event, mentioning that the US is having one Saturday. The employee there said that I was about the tenth person to ask him that same question, in the last couple of days. So, the demand is clearly there.

What a shame us Canadians get neglected.
I suppose we could always plan an event.
