With the emphasis on Lots this might be a Toy Story playset with Lotso, just my idea. Could also be the announcement of the rumored Lone Ranger playset.

This may sound stupid since we have only seen it in concept art but maybe
LOTS and BIG stand for frankenweenie because there are LOTS of animals being resurrected in the film
and it turns out BIG (like the turtle pet wise)
