Theory:
Spoiler: show
Randall is a Fear Tech Student.

-Explains his hatred of Mike and Sulley.
-Explains why he made the scare-sucking machine in Inc. (Fear TECH)
-Officially makes him the playset villain.

The glasses are a disguise to get into University. Which is why his Infinity figure doesn't have them or the sweater.

Technically Randall doesn't turn invisible does he? I thought he used his camouflage ability to blend in rather than turn invisible completely but I'm probably just being picky :P
