New MU playset trailer!

Love it! Mike's voice is spot on too. If that isn't Billy Crystal, it sure is a good impression!

This is amazing! My body is so ready for this play set now... All over again!

I'm really excited to see randall's character trailer. In this playset trailer he doesn't look like he's really a villain though. And on the Don, Squishy, Terry and Terri, and Art note, I assume that some of them will be playable. they are on the box art, albeit so are some mission givers.

I doubt we'll see any more new figures from the current playsets (MU, POTC, Incredibles, Cars). I feel like when they expand to more figures, they'll be from new franchises so that they can touch on more movies to appeal to more fans, even if they don't get a playset along with it.

I could be wrong though!

I've heard some people are upset that Will and Elizabeth aren't available in the Pirates sets since it's set in the Black Pearl through World's End time period, so I'm guessing they'll put those figures out sometime after launch. Just a guess.

^ I would say that the reason that Will and Elizabeth aren't characters, at least at launch, is because they are not pirate captains. Each of the three playable characters is a pirate captain which makes sense in the context of the game as you have your own ship to customise, get crew for, and sail the high seas. It would be less believable doing it with a character who isn't even a proper pirate let alone a pirate captain.

Just my thoughts, and they could be wrong, but it looks pretty sound to me.

There must be a reason why they aren't included. Might be that the actors refused permission for there likeness in the game etc.
