^ games take years to develop. personally i expect Infinity 2 next year that will include versions for PS4 and other new consoles

The Wii U version is already coming out, so I take it that you are not talking about that. I have no idea of this "new consoles" that you are on about.

I kind of hope they don't actually call it "Disney Infinity 2", as that seems... strange. Just give it a subtitle or something.

Infinity 2 is a working title I would presume

They've said over and over that Infinity is a "platform" that they'll be continuing to develop for in the future, so news of a sequel isn't that surprising.

I'm hoping Infinity 2 includes a certain someone. I'll buy anything, though. I definitely want Mickey...

Just read one preview article that suggested that you could play friends online regardless of the console your using. So a ps3 user can play online with a 360 user. Surely this is wrong and are mistaking this for the being able to download creations cross platform feature?
