We emailed them last night asking if there would be an itinerary or something sent out soon so we could finish arranging things. (I'm a crazy planner and not spontaneous at all) We'll see if we hear back. I really hope your passports come in time, Vault!

Me, MTM and MightyGitis wondered that too via Twitter. However, Allison tweeted to us and explained that the team responsible for the arrangements are about to finalize everyone's flights. So we need to be a bit more patient

Is this event going to be open to the public? Or is it just going to be a number of adults and a small smattering of kids? Im going to be with my mom. Im trying to imagine this not being awkward... Ha...

The event is not open to the public, but don't worry. Like modeltrainman said, we all share our love for Disney and Disney Infinity, so everything's going to be just fine, and the Mentors (crazybynick, quinnjitsu, PapaEcho, TyForce and myself) are all here to serve you guys
