Disney Infinity Toys R Us Exclusive Lightning McQueen Figure

below is an image of the Canadian Shelf Tag for the Toys R Us exclusive Lightning McQueen figure. this should also indicate a release for the USA and possibly (hopefully) a European release. this exclusive figure is expected to be released close to the launch of Disney Infinity.

Some Lightning McQueen facts:
-He was named after Pixar animator Glenn McQueen (who died from skin cancer in 2002).

-He is based on generic NASCAR vehicles, but with design influences from the Mazda Miata and Dodge Viper. Late in the original film, he is painted much like the Chevrolet Corvette C1.

-In order to create a cocky but likeable character for McQueen, Pixar looked at sports figures like boxer Muhammad Ali, basketball player Charles Barkley and football quarterback Joe Namath, as well as popular musician Kid Rock.

-He is voiced by actor Owen Wilson in Cars, Cars 2, Mater and the Ghostlight, and the Cars video game; he is voiced by Keith Ferguson in Cars Toons, Cars Mater-National Championship, and Cars Race-O-Rama.

-In the original film, Lightning is one of three contestants in a Piston Cup tiebreaker race before an audience of "more than two hundred thousand cars" in Los Angeles, California. It is revealed in a sequel that he won the Piston Cup from 2007-2010.

-Lightning is #95 which is the year that the first cgi animated full length movie was released, Toy Story.

Hopefully there is an announcement soon regarding these Toys R Us exclusives which would open up preorders worldwide. The general populus know nothing of this exclusivity, especially if they do not live in the USA and access ToysRUs.com

I'm shocked that Toys R Us hasn't announced their exclusives yet. I mean, what's the point of having exclusives if you don't tell anyone you'll have them? I think it'd drive a lot more preorder business their way.

I was at a TRU yesterday asking about their exclusives and was told by the clerk deemed to know the most about Disney Infinity: "Yeah, we're getting some characters, but I haven't heard about any discs."
