Disney Infinity Fans

As a huge Disney parks fan, I miss my home away from home now and again. Luckily for me, some very talented people have recreated some of the Disney parks most iconic attractions in a variety of different video games. This thread compiles all the Disney related mods I know of in one convenient place. If anyone knows any other Disney related mods, maps, etc. please feel free to add them. This is not limited to just maps but anything related to Disney such as a Jack Skellington skin for Minecraft or an Iron Man mod for GTA 4.
