And aside from that the visuals are improved ten fold. It really does look stunning, for someone like me who played the original PS2 version like 6 times through (and then some), the difference is striking.
AND YAY FOR SKIPPING CUTSCNES NOW! I've noticed a few little touches to the gameplay and a few extra scenes here and there, it's a decent HD remaster.
