Spiderman in MCU

If Sony thought they could do a better job creatively than Marvel, they wouldn't have signed the deal. They realise Marvel Studios/Feige has the magic so they want them to do it. Final creative control means they might nitpick little things but they would be stupid to assert control over anything major.
