I was on the Internet and found out about a TV show called the Suite Life of Karan and Kabir, it's about 2 10-year old Indian twins living in a hotel called the Raj Mahal hotel.
It is created by Disney Channel India and first aired in 2012, it is set to be released in the US on Zee TV soon.

I would personally love this series to soon be available on Disney Channel, since the original practically defined my Childhood.

That is literally the same show, only Indian. Its not a spin-off. Its a version for Indian audiences. Happens all the time with TV shows.
