This is really funny:

Let's not forget the line that everyone forgot...

Calhoun: "But do you think that they'll stop there?"
Felix: "YES!"

And of course all of King Candy's lines! "It's not pink, it's salmon. That's obviously salmon." "You wouldn't hit a guy with glasses, would you?" "Is that a threat I smell? Beyond the... Halitosis you so obviously suffer from..."

For some reason, I always remembered this line:
Ralph: "I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU, PILLOW PANTS!"

And for some reason, when Calhoun is flabbergasted and says "NESQUIK-SAND?!?", I always crack up. "I'm hopless... This is hopeless... WE'RE GONNA DROWN!" And after that when she smashes Felix's face, and he asks her to do it again and she just gives him a little slap on the cheek...

Somehow I always remember this one too:
Calhoun: "Can-it, Fix-It!"

And at the end of the film:

Anyway, enough about WIR...

In The Emperor's New Groove:
Pacha: [eyes widen] Uh-oh.
Kuzco: [resigned] Don't tell me. We're about to go over a huge waterfall.
Pacha: [also resigned] Yep.
Kuzco: Sharp rocks at the bottom?
Pacha: Most likely.
Kuzco: …Bring it on. [As they go over] Boooooo-yaaaaahahahahahahahah!

(Basically everything in that movie was funny, it's too underrated.)

The Pirates movies are really funny thanks to Jack, but I can't think of a particular moment...

Toy Story 2, admittedly my favourite of the three, had some good lines.

Buzz: Don't worry, Woody! Soon you'll be sittin' around a campfire with Andy making delicious hot schmoes!
Woody: They're called s'mores, Buzz.
Buzz: Right, right, right.

Jessie: SWEET MOTHER OF ABRAHAM LINCON?

Hamm: Let's pretend we're delivering a ham sandwich.
*Looks at Potato Head*
With French fries

Also, Tour Guide Barbie's line about short sighted retailers not ordering enough Buzz Lightyears in 1995 is funny if you know a bit about the series.
1995 was when Toy Story was released. Toys based on Woody and Buzz were also released. Retailers thought that the movie wouldn't be that popular, so they didn't order enough dolls. But the dolls were so popular, they ran out.
Some more useless Toy Story trivia from your best friend! (Or whatever we are.)

Purely because I'm a massive Lion King fan boy:
