Most Underrated Disney Music

Most Underrated Disney Music

Postby Agent C » Sun Jul 28, 2013 2:03 am

I fear I may be attacked over this, but I think one of the most underrated songs from Disney is the Phineas and Ferb music. I have to admit, I have caught myself listening to the songs without children in the car.

I actually have it loaded on Spotify, and I have been known to run it through the USB connection without the kids in the car. :D

I agree with the P&F music.
I don't know if it's underrated(it's certainly got less attention than WCISYA and Sugar Rush), but I think Wreck It, Wreck-It Ralph deserves more love. I have that song as my ringtone and I love how it plays in the background during the 30th anniversary in the building, and it's just generally awesome. :)

The soundtrack for the Rocketeer (some of which was used for the Space Mountain queue line in Disneyland Paris (which is where I first heard it). Together with the Rescuers Down Under soundtrack (which I first heard as one of the musical pieces for the amazing fountain show at Epcot - just behind Spaceship Earth).

So much music to chose from... and another reason why I would love to be at D23 Expo... Mencken and Sherman on the same stage... just Wow!
Remember, this all started with a Mouse.

I can't believe I am actually saying this as a grown man, but there are a couple of songs in Teen Beach Movie that are not too bad. I am a big fan of late 50's and early 60's doo whop music, and they have that kind of sound. I guess I need to check is my grown up AND man card!
